The short version

Rebuild offers coaching, education and community. It is not medical care. Use what helps, check health decisions with your care team, and be kind to each other.

Not medical advice

Katy Weade is a certified integrative nutrition health coach and life coach, not a doctor, nurse or registered dietitian. Nothing on this website, in our emails, guides, calls or community is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We don't recommend treatments, interpret lab results or prescribe supplements.

Always talk with your doctor or care team before changing your diet, exercise, medications or supplements. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Membership and billing

Memberships are billed yearly through Mighty Networks. Founding Members who join during the free first-year offer are not charged for their first year, and are billed yearly after that. Founding Members keep their founding rate for as long as their membership stays active without a break.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. After you cancel, you won't be charged again and you keep access until the end of your current membership year. Payments aren't refundable. If you rejoin later, you'll pay the current price.

Community guidelines

Be respectful. No selling, spamming or promoting products or services without permission. Don't give other members medical advice. Keep what other members share private. We may remove posts or members who don't follow these guidelines.

Our content

The guides, worksheets, recordings and other materials are for your personal use. Please don't copy, share or resell them without written permission.

Limitation of liability

You're responsible for the choices you make using our content. To the fullest extent the law allows, Rebuild After Breast Cancer and Katy Weade aren't liable for any loss or harm that comes from using this website, the membership or its materials.
